Admission Procedure

1. Submit the following required documents to the Admissions Officer for authentication.

If some of the required documents are not immediately available, sign a waiver for the later submission of the lacking documents

2. Select program, courses and class schedule

3. Fill in the Student Information sheet (SIS)

4. Proceed to Assessment Room for the printing of the Registration/ Assessment Form

5. If uniforms will be purchased, proceed to Proware Department for fitting of uniforms and computation of uniform price

6. Pay the Assessed fees to the Cashier and receive a copy of the Registration/ Assessment Form stamped “Enrolled”

7. Claim uniform and school ID from Proware Department
