“Practice Makes Perfect”: National Food Showdown 2014
STI College Muñoz-EDSA will join the National Food Showdown for the fourth time this year. National Food Showdown is an annual culinary competition participated by almost a thousand students and professionals from various hotels, restaurants, culinary schools, colleges and universities nationwide. It is hosted by various clubs, foundations and NGOs and is celebrating its 8th year of success.
“Practice Makes Perfect” is this year’s theme for this two-day prestigious event which will be held on September 23-24, 2014 at the World Trade Center, Manila in Pasay City, but the series of competitions will start from August.
STIers from Muñoz-EDSA will participate on August 29, 3:00 p.m. for the NCR/CALABARZON Chef Wars Recipe Writing Session – Student Division at Restaurant 9501 Level B ELJ Communications Center, ABS-CBN Compound, E. Lopez Drive, Quezon City and on August 30, 9:00 a.m. for the NCR/CALABARZON Chef Wars Regional Elimination Rounds – Student Division at Magsaysay Center for Hospitality & Culinary Arts (MIHCA), Makati Campus, 5th Floor Waltermart at Chino Roces Avenue corner Arnaiz Avenue, Makati City.
